Who can apply

School students, university students and recent graduates aged 16 or above may apply. Previous ambassador experience, a large social-media following, a sales history or a paid Tareekey service is not required.

We consider your motivation, community perspective, communication, availability and the support the team can provide. Participation depends on suitable arrangements for your location and activities. Applicants under 18 need parent or guardian consent before joining. School or university permission is required for activities where the institution requires it.

The role and time commitment

The initial term is three months. The usual commitment is approximately two to four hours a month, with the actual activities and time agreed before you start. Studies, exams and wellbeing come first. Tell your programme contact if availability changes so the plan can be adjusted.

An agreed plan may include sharing approved educational resources, gathering student ideas or feedback, helping with a discussion or event, or contributing an optional content idea. We do not set sales or referral quotas, require you to use a personal social-media account, or require a positive review.

Ambassadors do not provide professional admissions advice, guarantee outcomes, make offers, collect payments or sign agreements on Tareekey’s behalf. They direct individual questions to the team. Activities must not replace a paid staff role or continue beyond the agreed scope without review.

Support and recognition

Selected participants receive an orientation, approved resources, a named programme contact and feedback on agreed activities. On completing the agreed participation plan, you receive a factual certificate describing your involvement. You may request a reference, which will reflect the work the team can verify.

No salary, cash stipend or referral commission is included in this programme offer. These terms do not determine employment status or waive mandatory rights. If the proposed activities or local requirements call for a paid or different arrangement, that arrangement must be resolved in a separate compliant agreement before those activities begin. Joining does not guarantee a job, academic credit or an admissions advantage.

Service-fee scholarship opportunities

A separately reviewed scholarship opportunity may reduce or waive fees for agreed Tareekey guidance services. It is not university tuition funding, a cash payment or a guaranteed benefit of joining.

Any offer identifies the covered services, the extent of support, any remaining fee, its validity and any conditions in writing before you accept. The usual acceptance period is 30 calendar days unless the offer states otherwise. An extension can be requested before expiry.

Awards are not calculated per lead, sale or referral and are not conditional on publishing a positive review. No scholarship is promised solely for submitting an application or completing a particular number of hours. Separately approved needs-based aid remains independent of ambassador participation.

Honest communication and privacy

Use accurate, approved information and make only claims you can support. If you choose to mention Tareekey publicly, clearly identify your ambassador relationship and any relevant fee support with the message itself, in language your audience understands. The team will explain suitable wording during orientation. Share your honest experience; do not claim to have used a service you have not used.

Do not collect classmates’ private contact details, financial circumstances or application documents for Tareekey. Invite interested students to use the public contact or application forms themselves. Respect school rules and obtain permission before taking or sharing photographs or identifying someone publicly.

Tareekey needs your separate permission before using your name, photograph, personal story or testimonial in marketing. Declining that permission does not by itself prevent participation or support.

Expenses and activities

Do not spend money, book travel, purchase advertising or commit Tareekey to an event cost on the programme’s behalf without prior written approval. Any approved reimbursement arrangement must be agreed before the expense is incurred.

You are not expected to pay a participation fee or make a purchase to become an ambassador. The team must agree any in-person activity, supervision and required permissions before it takes place.

Joining, pausing and leaving

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We aim to provide an initial response within 10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding team closure days notified to you. This is not a guaranteed selection or decision deadline. A conversation may be needed before an offer is made. A written participation plan confirms the start date, duration, activities, contact person and any separately agreed support before you join.

You may decline an offer, pause or leave by notifying your programme contact or info@tareekey.com. No minimum notice or exit fee applies. Tell us as early as practical so any planned activity can be handed over. Extensions beyond the initial term require a fresh agreement.

The team may pause or end activities for safety, serious misconduct, misleading claims or a practical inability to support the role. We will explain the reason where possible and discuss any unused support. You are not asked to repay guidance already delivered solely because you choose to leave. Any condition on future unused ambassador support must have been stated in its original written offer. Independently approved needs-based aid is not removed solely because an ambassador role ends.

Review, information and effective date

If an application decision appears to rely on an error, you may request a review and provide a brief clarification. The team considers it individually; a review does not guarantee a place or an award. Use the public form only for relevant information, without sensitive documents. Information is handled under the Tareekey privacy notice.

These terms apply from the publication date displayed on the approved page. Pending applicants receive the applicable terms before joining. Accepted offers keep their agreed conditions unless a change is mutually agreed or required by applicable law. Updates apply to new offers. For questions, contact info@tareekey.com.
