Information you provide
An enquiry includes your name, email, optional phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. Programme applications also ask about your current stage, school or university, the support you are considering or your availability, and a brief explanation or community idea. Please share only what is needed for an initial conversation. Do not submit bank details, income records, identity documents or other sensitive documents.
Why we use it
We use these details to respond, review your request or application, discuss possible support and keep an internal follow-up record. Financial aid concerns Tareekey+ service fees. We do not make automated aid, scholarship, admissions or ambassador selection decisions through these forms.
Who can see it
Enquiries and applications are available to authorised staff handling them. Website content editors do not receive enquiry access through the editor role. Our hosting and database providers, Lovable and Supabase, process information needed to operate and protect the website. We do not publish your form answers.
Website operation and external services
Our providers may process request information and technical logs for delivery, security and reliability. The enquiry service uses a salted digest of the connection address for limited abuse prevention rather than storing the address in the enquiry record. Staff sign-in uses browser storage to maintain the session. Google Drive may serve approved public photographs. Email, phone and WhatsApp links open the service you choose, whose own privacy terms apply.
Consent and your choices
The form asks for permission to use the submitted information to review and respond to your request. You can contact us to withdraw that permission or discuss another way to reach us. Where applicable, we may also need to use information to discuss a service you requested, maintain necessary records or meet legal obligations.
Retention and requests
We keep information for the period needed to review and manage the request, support related follow-up and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The team must review whether continued retention is necessary. Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information. Contact info@tareekey.com. We may need to verify the request and explain any lawful reason for retaining particular records.
Students and guardians
Parents or guardians may contact us on a student’s behalf. These public forms are not intended to collect information directly from children under 13. If parental consent is required for a student, involve the parent or guardian before sharing their information.
International processing and updates
Website providers may process information outside your country under the arrangements applicable to their services. Contact us if you need more information. The date at the top identifies this version. We update this notice when the Public service changes.
